"Jお得 / Discount Japan" (the "Service") is an information aggregation platform that automatically retrieves pricing data from third-party APIs (including Rakuten Ichiba) and presents it to users. The Service does not sell, process payments for, or ship any products.
3. Disclaimer of Information Accuracy (Important)
All prices, stock levels, and product information displayed on the Service are retrieved automatically from third-party APIs such as Rakuten Ichiba. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose of such information. We are not responsible for:
- Discrepancies between displayed prices and actual sale prices
- Delays in reflecting out-of-stock or discontinued items
- Differences in product descriptions, specifications, or images
- Information gaps caused by API errors or network failures
- Unapplied coupons, promotions, or time-limited discounts from retailers
Always verify current information on the retailer's website before making any purchase decision.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profits) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This limitation applies except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. In any event, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amounts you paid us (if any) in the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

The Service's logo, design, UI, and original content (including ranking algorithms and translated text) are owned by Crealize LLC. Product information and images retrieved from third-party sources remain the property of their respective owners.

You are responsible for maintaining account security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities without prior notice.

- Automated scraping or excessive requests to the Service
- Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of Service content
- Actions that interfere with Service operations
- Any unlawful activity or violation of public policy
- Reverse engineering of the Service
9. Service Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from Service suspension or termination.
10. External Links & Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the content, transactions, or privacy practices of external services (including Rakuten, Mercari) linked from the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
